Yakiniku is a Japanese word which means grilled meat. Yakiniku chicken is a typical Japanese chicken dish in addition to teriyaki chicken. In the Western it is usually known as BBQ food. The method of making yakiniku chicken is not only baked, but it can also be sauteed. Usually the meat used to make yakiniku is either beef or chicken. Beef or chicken are usually marinated with spices first, then grilled / sauteed. However, this time I will make Yakiniku Chicken by sauteing. Before making the yakiniku chicken, make sure to use a non-stick frying pan so that it looks attractive when it served. It is highly recommended to use Japanese soy sauce. If you don't have, you can replace it with regular soy sauce, for the taste maybe just a slightly different. Apart from that, there is other suggestion, some people recommend roasting the sesame seeds first before sprinkling them over the yakiniku chicken.
